The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to successfully launch and drive adoption of RetailGPT by the B2B and B2C audiences. This role involves managing all aspects of marketing from digital campaigns to performance analysis, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market needs. The successful candidate will lead to innovate and execute marketing tactics that enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.

audiences.
• Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design and oversee the execution of content strategies across various channels to ensure
consistent and engaging messaging.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and user feedback.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, analyzing data to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize digital campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to support campaign and business growth
objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, implementing
innovative tactics and tools to stay ahead of competitors.
• Forge partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to enhance marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing campaign results and strategic
recommendations.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing and brand management, preferably in the technology or retail sectors.
• Proven experience designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Previous experience in ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
