Role Overview

The Ecosystem Partner Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing

relationships with key partners within the ecosystem of the organization.

This role focuses on driving strategic partnerships, creating synergies between internal

teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring the success of collaborative efforts that

support the platform growth, innovation, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with the platform ecosystem

strategy (e.g., business / sales partner, FOS partners, technology providers, delivery

partners, payment gateways).

• Build long-term relationships with strategic partners to foster innovation and growth.

• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial

outcomes.

Collaboration and Integration:

• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams (product, operations, marketing and

sales) and ecosystem partners to ensure smooth integration of products/services.
• Work closely with technology teams to enable seamless integrations and

functionality enhancement with ecosystem partners.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track and analyse the performance of ecosystem partners using KPIs and metrics to

ensure they meet the desired objectives.
• Identify areas of improvement and work with partners to optimize processes,

performance, and efficiency.
• Monitor trends in the market and adjust strategies to remain competitive and

relevant.

Ecosystem Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for ecosystem partners, providing continuous support, addressing challenges, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with partners to share updates, insights, and opportunities for further collaboration.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and

emerging technologies that can impact or benefit the ecosystem.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through partnerships to expand the

company’s ecosystem footprint.

Event & Partner Engagement:

• Organize and participate in partner events, meetings, and workshops to build relationships, network, and share knowledge.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase the ecosystem strategy and value propositions.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets related to partner management and ecosystem

activities.
• Ensure partnerships are financially viable and create value for both the organization

and its partners.

• Identification of right partners across all states and territories.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
• Strong analytical skills to track partner performance and derive insights.
• Familiarity with technology platforms and system integrations.
• Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the industry.
