Role Overview

The Head of Brand Alliances will spearhead the creation, management, and
optimization of strategic partnerships and alliances to drive RetailGPT growth,
customer engagement, and revenue. This role requires a visionary leader who
can identify potential collaboration opportunities, negotiate high-value
partnerships, and ensure their successful implementation.

Partnership Acquisition and Negotiation

Partnership Roadmap: Develop a clear, long-term strategy for identifying, prioritizing, and engaging with high-value partners.
Partner Identification: Leverage networks and resources to scout potential brand partners that resonate with the company’s target audience and brand ethos.
Proposal Development: Create compelling partnership proposals, including value propositions, goals, and execution plans, to attract and secure alliances.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to finalize terms and conditions of collaborations, ensuring win-win agreements.
Compliance & Risk Management: Work with legal and compliance teams to draft
agreements, safeguarding the company’s interests and mitigating risks.
Ensure seamless Integration: Work with IT teams to ensure that Integrations are done in the most amicable manner.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to launch and promote RetailGPT to target audiences.

• Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

• Design and oversee the execution of content strategies across various channels to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and user feedback.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, analyzing data to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize digital campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to support campaign and business growth objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, implementing innovative tactics and tools to stay ahead of competitors.
• Forge partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to enhance marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing campaign results and strategic recommendations.
