We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, driven Head of HR to build, scale, and energize our India operations, based out of our Corporate HQ in Hyderabad.

We’re RetailGPT—an AI-powered retail disruptor, transforming how people shop in airports, malls, high streets, and beyond. Now, we’re gearing up for massive growth in India and need a game-changer to lead the people side of the story.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for:

Build from the Ground Up: Shape and scale HR frameworks for a high-growth, fast-paced business.
Dynamic Hiring Plan: Design and roll out an aggressive talent acquisition strategy to fuel our expansion—hiring top talent at speed across multiple functions and geographies.
Culture & Engagement: Drive a vibrant, performance-led culture where talent thrives.
Talent Development: Build out L&D programs that empower people to grow as fast as the company.
HR Ops Excellence: Deliver smooth, scalable HR processes—think payroll, compliance, policies—without the red tape.
Business Partnering: Be a true partner to leadership, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• 5–8 years of HR experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, or similar fast-paced sectors.
• Track record in 0 to Scale environments—you’ve been there, done that.
• Proven experience in building and executing fast-paced hiring plans.
• A self-starter, builder mindset who loves solving problems and getting things done.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance people + performance.
• Energy, resilience, and a love for working in dynamic, ever-changing environments.

What we’re looking for
